A Blast from the Past
I have been stamping for about 20 years and I still love it. Many techniques come and go including making cards with Hair Gel. I saw Dawn Griffith make a Gel Card recently so I thought I'd give it a go with the By the Tide Stamp Set.
I know that many of you love to get inky. This card used the Polished Stone Technique.
Two Step Stamp Sets like Stippled Blossoms are great value. You can use them in the traditional way
or as a design element.
We will also be making Tina Weller's Note Card Holder with matching Note Cards and Envelopes.
Lesson dates are May 21, 22, 28, 29 and June 2.

Oh No! Not Another Butterfly Card
I really felt that I was a bit over butterflies but then I saw lots of great cards using Papillon Potpourri and the two new Butterfly Punches so I had to buy them. Even stranger still I had to make a red and white card!
Continuing on the red and white theme I made a Note Box. Thanks to Becky Jensen for your inspiration.
Quite often I am asked for wedding cards. The Love and Laughter set is cute and trendy.
This card was inspired by Alisa Tilsner (my upline). Oh no, it's red and white again!
I have had the Petite Purse Die for quite a while but although it makes a great little purse I wanted to investigate other possibilities. Thanks to Amy Celona and Karen Titus.
And finally I got out my Artisan Embellishment Kit and made these cards. Thanks to Inking Idaho and Joanne Travis. These cards aren't part of the lesson unless you purchase the kit.
Lesson dates are May 7, 8, 14, 15 and 19.

April Colour Challenge Winner
The very popular Colour Challenge is back. Our April colours were Wisteria Wonder, Lucky Limeade, Pool Party and Whisper White. Bev was the lucky winner with this great card.
Bev selected Itty Bitty Banners Stamp Set as her prize. Congratulations Bev.
Bev has chosen Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand, Soft Suede and Certainly Celery for May. Please contact me if you would like to play along. Completed cards are due at the end of May.

Pleasant Poppies and You're Amazing
Pleasant Poppies is a large stamp with lots of possibilities.
Sandi MacIver reminded me how to use bleach directly onto cardstock.
Some "fussy cutting"was used on this paper pieced card.
This set is called You're Amazing. It looks like I've been sewing doesn't it?
This is a great child's card. Everyone loves an elephant.
I'm teaching a small group of children this week. I hope they like the Tissue Box with matching Purse.
Purse Tutorial: Brenda Quintana (Thanks Brenda)
Tissue Box idea: Angie (Chic'nScratch) I enlarged it to fit a larger tissue.
Lesson dates are April 23, 24, 30, May 1 and 5.

Dapper Dad
Let's make some cards for the boys. Dapper Dad is such a great set. I especially like the watch. Here are some samples.
The clean and simple lines of both cards will make them a favourite to give and to make.
World Treasures was quite a popular set when we first received our last catalogue. They work really well with International Bazaar DSP.
Lesson dates are April 9, 10, 16, 17 and 21.

Happy Easter Everybunny
When I looked back at last year's Easter Lesson (52) I was a little intimidated. The Everybunny Stamp Set is so cute and the cards are some of my favourites. Because of this I have concentrated on 3D projects.
This little box was inspired by Stampin Texas. I changed the dimensions to fit the Aldi Bunny.
Another trip to Aldi to get more chocolate and with a little help from Slater Dee I made these.
The Blackboard Technique is very popular at the moment.
Here is my take on Erica Cerwin's Card Keeper.
Lesson dates are March 26, 27, April 2, 3 and 7.

Secret Garden
I started designing Lesson 76 with the Oh, Hello Stamp Set.
Here is a sample.
France Martin demonstrated a Tile with Grout Technique. She used DSP but I tried it with the Secret Garden Stamp Set. For those of you that like a tile effect but struggle with placement this technique is for you.
There are matching Framelits for Secret Garden. In this sample I have "played with ink" to make this Oval Framelit Card.
Lesson dates are March 12, 13, 17, 19 and 20.
