Lesson 123

Time to Celebrate is a hostess set from the Occasions Catalogue. I really love the quirky images. I have created a clean and simple monochromatic set of 4 cards in a Pizza Box. The new In Colours Markers have been partnered with other Markers to create a pleasing effect. Inspiration for this set came from Fran Sabad.

The second set for this lesson is Guy Greetings.

And this Papercraftbutton box was too cute!

I really liked the way stampingjo used the stamp to make her own DSP.

Lesson 122

I have always wanted to create monogrammed stationary. I have bought many sets of alphabet stamps with that task in mind but it wasn't until I received Sophisticated Serifs that I became inspired.
Here is the Notelet Set.

We will also be constructing a Waterfall Photo Folio but mine is not quite finished yet.

Lesson 121

From the Herd has been a very popular Stampin' Up! Stamp Set.  It's great for belated birthdays, get well wishes and regular birthdays.

The second set for this lesson is Mum's Love.

These cute boxes contain an uplifting blend of essential oils in a roller bottle.

Lesson 120

I used  Petal Potpourri and the Flower Medallion Punch to make this card. I know it's a black card but it will be fun to try other colour combinations.

The Something Borrowed DSP used here looks great!

This Cookie Box uses a 12 x 12 sheet of Cardstock.

Who needs a Baby Card and Gift Box? This cute stamp stamp is called Baby Bumblebee.

We will be working with 2 sets from the Occasions Catalogue.
This Painted Petals card was inspired by Laura Mackie.

This Pizza Box holds matching Notelets and Envelopes.

We will use the Painted Blooms DSP to create a set of cards with a matching box.

The Cheerful Critters set was used to make this birthday card.

And thanks to Elaine we have our Easter Bunny.

Lesson 117

Well, here we are again. It's a new year, 2015 in fact. I have had a short break from Stampin' Up!. As I said in my email I was busy with jewellery making and Project Life.
I thought it would have been hard to get back to work but I have been thrilled with my Occasions and Sale-a-bration pre-orders I received in December.
I have concentrated on three elements.
Firstly Butterfly Basics and the matching Butterfly Thinlit Dies.

Secondly the Sale-a-Bration Polymer Set - Lotus Blossom. It was so much fun combining colours. This gift bag holds 4 matching cards and envelopes.

Finally, and yes, I think it is my favourite, the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit Dies. I have only made 2 so far but I see lots of possibilities. The second sample was inspired by Stamp with Amy K.

Oh, my favourite UK Demonstrator, Papercraft Button posted some cute bags. I had a play and this is my take on her original creations. I changed the closure and added a tiny card.
