Have You Gone Sketchy Yet?

I have played with this week's Pals Paper Arts http://www.palspaperarts.com/ and the Inkspiration Colour Challenge http://inkspirations-challenges.blogspot.com/.
You also get to see a sneak peek of the new stamp set The Open Sea. I think it will become a favourite.

A Very Dazzling Lesson 47

Quite a while ago many of us bought Heat and Stick Powder. I had actually forgotten all about it but my recent trip to Stampin' Up Regionals in Brisbane has brought it all back to me. Even though we don't have a white Christmas we can still enjoy the beauty of it. The Lovely as a Tree stamp set has been used with Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy. I hope you can see the glitter.

Most of you know that I love nail polish. Recently I found these cute Natio Minis so I designed a little box. I have also gone a bit crazy with the shimmer paint. The boxes perfectly match the colour of the nail polishes. Don't you just love Stampin' Up colours!!!

I was really pleased to see that Pretty Postage was to become available in the Summer Mini Catalogue. It coordinates with the 1 inch and Postage Stamp Punches. The Mini is available in December so let me know if you'd like your own copy. Here are 2 sample cards.

I have had quite a few requests to make the large Mini Milk Carton Boxes. I had made a sample quite a while ago and when I was making new samples for this lesson I made a mistake and made an in between size. I thought it looked pretty cute as well.

Lesson dates are November 22, 23, 27, 29 and 30.

I just had to add photos of Jemima and Ruby which were taken on Friday night. We celebrated Jemima's 6th birthday. Happy Birthday Jemima.

A Christmas Set in Lesson 46

Continuing with our Christmas preparation we will be making a chocolate bag/box that will fit three Aldi Chocolates, six scalloped tags and new style wine tag (thanks again Mary Fish). All of these were made with the Big Shot and the Two Tag Die. I like tools that have multiple uses and this die fits the bill.

A favourite stamp set for quite a few of you is the Four Frames set and I've been making even more cute flowers this week. What do you think?

I have unearthed an old favourite. I taught many children how to make Origami Boxes so now it's your turn. We will also be making six note cards to fit inside.

Lesson dates are Nov 8, 9, 13, 15, 16.

Brisbane Regionals

Many thanks to Marilyn Coverdale for being my navigator and partner in stampin' yesterday at the Brisbane Stampin' Up Regional Conference. We had a great day.
I made 40 swaps.
This card was part of a lesson we did recently using Vellum.

The Star Cards

I called these "Simply Adorned Gallery". Each pack contained 4 mini artworks to fit into the new pendants which will be available in December.
Here is a close up.

I received lots of swaps from other talented demonstrators and visitors. They will be on display during our November lessons. Thanks again to the Stampin' Up team and all who participated.
