Quite a Challenge

I have to admit that I was really challenged by Freshly Made Sketch 36
Not my best work but I'll build a bridge and get over it.

I Love Poppy Parade

Poppy Parade is one of my favourite colours and it is part of the Colorq Challenge this weekend. You had to use Pool Party, Poppy Parade, More Mustard, Crumb Cake and Whisper White. I have used the Reason to Smile set again.

Big Hug

Don't you just love this sentiment.

I made this card for Pals Paper Arts Challenge 135
The stamp set is called Reason to Smile and it's free with a $125 order in June. I teamed it up with Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder and Lucky Limeade. The DSP is from Sweet Shop.

Simply Soft Hostess Set

I think that Margaret Twohill and I are the only ones who own this set but after this week I think that will change.
Here is a peek.

Quite a few new techniques as well including a Double Dutch Fold (Patty Bombyk), Checked Embossed Backgrounds, Sponging and Masking. http://cardz.wordpress.com Heather Telford has some stunning examples of this technique.

We will also be using the Easy Events Set.

For the box making enthusiasts we will be making Box Cards and Purses.
Herringbone lovers will be moving on to Chevron Patterns.
Lesson dates are May 22, 23, 29 and 30 with the Sunday lesson on June 3.

Teacups and a New Technique

In Lesson 57 we will be using the beautiful  Tea Shoppe Stamp Set from the Autumn-Winter Mini Catalogue.

As well as a number of great cards you can also make a Tea Bag Dispenser, a tutorial altered by Heidi Baks.

Last month I printed off the Splitcoastsstampers instructions by Angie Leach called Faux Patina. Here is my take on it.

Lesson dates are May 6, 8, 9, 16, 17.
