I Can't Thank You Enough

I was really spoilt on my birthday. Thanks to all of my family and friends for their kind and generous words, cards and gifts.
In lesson 86 we will be making some cards with Chalk Talk.
Here is a peek of a cute little Pizza Box with 6 marching cards and embossed envelopes.

The second set in this lesson is Flowering Flourishes.

I am particularly proud of this card. I chose Very Vanilla and Gold for this Wedding Card but it would look just as good in Whisper White and Silver.

We haven't done Rolled Roses for a while so let's get to it!

Mosaic Madness

One of the new stamp sets is Mosaic Madness. It has a co-ordinating punch and embossing folder.

As part of Stampin' Up's 25 year anniversary celebration they are bringing back some of their favourite stamp images from the last quarter century. Each month a new set will be released in clear mount. The June Collection is Best of Flowers.

 For those who love construction we will be making a cupcake holder. The original design is credited to  Traci Cornelius. This is my version.

Backgrounds

I wanted to make a set of cards using Zoo Review. I decided to keep the stamped images simple and work on some new background techniques.

 

Even though  it's winter we can still use Summer Silhouettes especially if the colours are the new in Colours.

Blooming Bootiful

In this Lesson we will be using Bootiful Occasions and Blooming with Happiness.
Techniques used will be Embossing, Paper Piecing, Emboss Resist, Daubing and Box Making.

A Blast from the Past

I have been stamping for about 20 years and I still love it. Many techniques come and go including making cards with Hair Gel. I saw Dawn Griffith make a Gel Card recently so I thought I'd give it a go with the By the Tide Stamp Set.

I know that many of you love to get inky. This card used the Polished Stone Technique.

Two Step Stamp Sets like Stippled Blossoms are great value. You can use them in the traditional way

or as a design element.

We will also be making Tina Weller's Note Card Holder with matching Note Cards and Envelopes.
